    any 2013 November sleevers?

I must admit I'm really proud of my loss so far as I cannot exercise owing to progressive multiple sclerosis. Wish I could but my body won't let me. At least my knees and back aren't as painful anymore :-)

    any 2013 November sleevers?

Wow, that is brilliant!! I was sleeved on 12th November and I've still got 85Ibs to go. I've lost 44 so far :-)
  8. Thank you! 39Ibs gone. Another 90 to go but I'm well on my way :-)
  9. You'll have to post yours too, Michelle! It feels good to be losing weight and feeling like it'll never come back
  10. Your pics look great. I had my surgery on 12th November and these are my pics from last week. Please excuse the pjs and the mess :-)
  11. Hoo har! The stall is over and it's 3 weeks exactly. Another couple of pounds gone this morning. I love my sleeve aka Dame Belly Melba :-)
  12. I'm stalling too and I admit, although I know the science, I am frustrated. I had my sleeve surgery on 12th November and have lost 30Ibs including my pre op weight loss. The scales haven't really moved since 19th. I get my water in but cannot stomach protein shakes, so I know I'm deficient there. I can't eat much, obviously, but as the variety increases I know I'll lose more. Thank for your post, McButterpants!

    Post your pet photos!

It's amazing how therapeutic the babies are, isn't it? I couldn't live without a cat and the dogs are gorgeous too x

Please Let The Hair Loss Stop!

One of my friends had VSG about 9 months ago. She swears it was eating avocado with Philadelphia cream cheese that saved her hair. That's something I'm definitely going to try xx

    November 2013 Sleever

My VSG was on 12th. I was home on the 13th and have no pain just slight discomfort from my left hand side incision. I'm now on my full liquids phase and have just had a drinking yogurt enriched with calcium and vitamin D. Have lost 26Ibs since I started my pre op diet. A very happy sleeve mistress :-)

    1St Night Was Aweful

I read several books and joined forums all over before making my decision. Good luck and keep us posted :-)
  19. Hi everyone, I had my surgery on Tuesday and came home yesterday. No real problems in hospital and just getting used to my tiny tummy aka Dame Belly Melba. She can handle water and no added sugar jelly. Tried a sip of Bovril and she wasn't sure, but nothing has returned as yet. Any tips would be gratefully received :-)

Are you going to have surgery? Even after 2 days I'll say it's worth it :-)
