I know this may sound weird to everyone, but i started smoking. I was banded August 15, 2013 and it has been succesful, down 70 lbs. and I am feeling great. Then about a month ago I started smoking again. The weird thing is, its been 20 years since I last smoked. Weird. I was just wondering if this has happened to anyone else????

Just went to the Dr for a fill and am knocking on the door of 200's. I'm at 311..yay... I haven't seen that in about 20 years....How to I keep up my momentum during the holidays? I'm starting to snack more often...UGH!

All of my IBS symptoms have completely gone since my surgery...until today< I had a bite of cupcake with sugar icing...ugh, I won't do that again, I was sick for an hour. And another great thing since surgery, NO GERD! wow who knew....double bonus...

I have been banded since 8/15/13 and have lost 53 lbs. so far. But for the past 2 weeks, I haven't lost any weight at all. I am having a hard time getting in allot of protein and not as many ounces of water as I should. Any suggestions how to increase both??? What does everyone else do? How many ounces of water and grams of protein does your DR/NUT recommended daily?

I was the same way until I saw this silly video on YouTube....It simply said...I AM WORTH IT!..I got to thinking..hmm what am I worth? I'm, worth $9888.00. That's what my surgery cost. I'm a single mother and grandmother and work for a non-profit organization that excludes weight loss surgery. So I had to self-pay. I went to True Results and I only had to come up with $4000.00 ( I had to beg, and borrow hehehe) and they financed the rest for me. $190 a month for 36 payments. YAY!!! I did it and would do it again. I already feel better and cant weight till next summer!!! Wish I would have don't it sooner!!! :wub:

I WAS JUST WONDERING IF THERE WAS ANYBODY IN MY ARE, THAT HAS BEEN BANDED AUGUST 15, 2013??? :) Loosing weight but not as fast as I liked...down 41 lbs as of today...YAY ME!!!
