Yes I knew that you can buy Crystal light in the bottles now ...but these packets are sooo convienent when you go to resturants and everyone else is ordering cokes and you feel deprived....also much cheaper than tea, etc I found another site where they sell lots of individual packets.. http://www.minimus.biz If you do a search on there site for "Crystal Light on the go" a page will come up with lots of individual packets;) I just ordered 31 packets and the shipping was not bad either!:cool:

My health problems is why my surgeon wrote the letter. BTW it was his idea not mine, but now I reap the benifits. I have had 7 back surgeries due to degenerative disc disease and the extra 147 pounds I was carring around sure didn't help matters. Plus I have high BP, sleep apnea, asthma and due to a bad case of meningitis, I have had 10 brain surgeries in the past 2 1/2 years for a VP shunt. So that is why I am sure the insurance paid. My insurance paid 100%. My neurosurgeon wrote the insurance a letter requesting that they allow me to have the banding and cover all charges and they did! Good Luck!

Yes I have....like feeling like you are having a heart attack! Well when I called the office and FINALLY got to talk to a human... ...I was told I was taking in too much air when I eat or drink. So now I am being very careful. Before I swallow food I exhale and before I drink I do the same. Last night it was soo bad and the only relief I got was to keep making myself belch! But I did that soo much that I threw up. Think I will go get some GasX and keep it on hand. Now we know how a colicy baby feels:( I NEVER had this until after my first fill 6 days ago. Hope you soon feel better!

I thought I got there early! My appt. was @ 2pm, but it was nearly 4 when I got otta there. Of course he wasn't even there till nearly 3Pm and then he was sooooo rushed, he has no time for questions. Is there a charge for these support groups? Is this the one that meeets every other Thursday at the Holiday inn?

Oh I am so happy to hear from someone that has used Speigel!! When I called his office I spoke to his nursse(Melissa) and she said I was taking in too much air when I drink or eat. She said I would have to learn to exhale and then drink. I am with you about the office. Where do you live? Maybe close to me?

The pain is much better.......only had it once on Friday. I think it is air, because after I make myself belch alot, it goes away.My doctor does not see patients on Friday, but the office is open.
