  3. Oh my! I eat peanut butter every morning for breakfast on a graham cracker. Is that bad? I thought I was eating healthily.
  4. How small is small? I still struggle with this.
  5. That's terrible. I hope you soon find someone to help.
  6. I thought the same thing. I was doing fine before my first fill. I got the first two weeks ago. It was painful the first day. Now I can't even tell I have it. BUT... Now I am nof losing. In fact I had gained three pounds since this morning. Very discouraged tonight.

  8. I am frequently hungry-- at times, ravenous. It diesn't take long to fill me up, but I worry that I am eating too much. No one explained anythjng to me. Help. How much do i need per day?
  9. I got my first fill last week. It was uncomfortable and I was concerned that it would feel that way forever. Now I can't even tell it was filled at all. I'm concerned that I might be eating too much for the first time since my surgery in June.
  10. I have begun to have a glass of wine sometimes. I didn't notice that it made me hungry, but it did make the meal flow more smoothly! I'll have to watch it in the future, I guess. None of this ever occurred to me. Yikes.
  11. I was nervous too. For me, it was a little uncomfortable-- not the needle, but the actual filling. It was nothing I couldn't handle though. By the next day the discomfort had disappeared and I am now trying to decide how much to eat so that I don't feel the discomfort. Fills don't seem to be bad.
