  12. I haven't try to eat nothing solid yet. Nurse told me liquids for two weeks. Third week purée food. Fourth solid but CHEW CHEW CHEW the food.
  13. That will do it. Salt! If there a gym you go to if they have a sauna try going and that will help you a lot. And drink water

  15. Hello. I feel great today! I lost 15lbs since February 27 2015. No pain no gas. Can't wait till my doctors appt next Monday.
  16. Hello. I had the band on Feb 27 2015. Is there anyone from Aurora or close by that would like to chat it would be great. I have lost 15lbs in one week. I'm so excited can wait for spring. I'll be out this year, smelling the flowers, watching the birds and taking my dogs out for a walk. I started 245lbs. We'll talk to you later

  18. I stop when I felt full but it's is drinking little bits . Less than 3oz and it helps a lot. I was just curious what everyone was drinking. Thanks
