LAP-BAND Patients

Have been wanting to get lap band for years. I've tried many diets and have ended up gaining all the weight back and then some. My insurance has an exclusion, so it looks like I may have to save up for the surgery. I'm very discouraged. My son is starting Kindergarden in August and my biggest fear is that his friends will make fun of him for having a fat mom. That happened to me when I was in school- it hurts.
