  7. Sleeved 7/17. Start weight 295 Surgery weight 279 Current weight 258 37 lbs gone and feel great. This was the best thing I could of ever done. And I've had a 10 day stall on my 2nd week of surgery. But it's slowly coming off. Some weeks I'm down 1 lb and some 3 lbs. slow but nice and steady. But I just keep doing what I'm doing and happy it's coming off and staying off. I've been eating 800-1000 calories since my 2nd week post op. My Dr and nutricionist told me I was eating way to much. I shd only be consuming 600 cals to 800 max. And ideally after 1yr eat abt 1000 cal a day. Has anyone ever been told that? I was also told to workout 6 days a week to speed up my weightloss. I'm currently doing 4-5 days a week power walking abt 3 miles each time. But was told that wasn't engh. I'm just curious if anyone has experienced that before. Thanks
  8. Thank you all...I feel better.
  9. Hi. I just had my sleeve done on Wed 7/17. Was just released from the hospital. My orig weight was 292 and right before surgery I was down to 277. At the hospital the nurses weighed me and I was in the 290's. I weighed myself at home just now and I'm 297.. Has this happened to anyone? I weigh more after the surgery. This is crazy. I figured the IV that was in my arm wld make me gain maybe 4 lbs or so. But to gain 20lbs from surgery. Is that possible?
  10. Thank you so much for the tips Keep up with the post. You and everyone on here amaze me with the wonderful results. Excited to see mine and def will post to share. thanks again
  11. That's Great. Congrats!! I'm getting mine done on 7-17 and excited. I need to loose 150lbs to get to my ideal weight. I do need to ask...how did you loose so fast? Did you workout? What foods did you stick with? I'd love to have the same success as you in 6 months. But know women loose slower. But id be happy loosing close to what you've lost )
