  4. I'm also reluctant to tell people.
  5. it's going quickly. I actually just saw the surgeon a month ago, not thinking at all I would get approved because I barely hit the 35 BMI. Fortunately I had been seeing my doctor for many years regarding my way and have been on a diet pills and everything else. Once I submitted all my paperwork I was approved in 4 hours by insurance. I just got lab work done and my cholesterol is high and my blood sugar is borderline diabetic. how is yours going?
  6. having mine June 27, is that close enough?
  7. I am a 40 year old female. I'm 5 foot tall and weigh 181 lbs. My BMI is right at 35. I went in about a month ago and got pre approval from my doctor. It took about a month to get all the paperwork together and all the appointments, like the psych evaluation. The doctor submitted my forms via internet at 9 this morning and I was approved by 1:00. No joke. I am so excited, nervous, overwhelmed, and anxious. I have been fighting my weight since I was a teenager. The lowest I've been in my adult life is 163. I look at pictures of myself and don't even know who I am. I feel like there's a different person inside of me waiting to get out. That probably sounds dumb . My surgery is scheduled for June 27th.
