  10. As a hairstylist, I believe in being proactive. I strongly recommend looking into lots of solutions. Biotin works really well for some and not others, I have seen in change some people's hair types- I.e. from fine/medium to medium/coarse...hair is a total personal preference! I personally use Aveda invati system and love love love it! The shampoo and condition help you keep the hair you have longer and the 3rd step... the revitalizer has the most active ingredients in it and increases micro circulation at the scalp. If u have more questions about t, you can for sure ask me, but let me tell you- I have definitely seen the results!! Nice to know some option and be pro- active!!

  12. What's is the protein powder at SAMs called with 30g of protein per serving(scoop)?
  13. Yes- I had to wait as well- go to a seminar and they should help walk you through the process:) I'd plan on the process taking between 8months and a year!

  19. I'm 25 years old and down 25lbs! First post on here!!! I'm 6 days post off, so been on my liquid diet for a total of 16 days! Feeling lots of ups and down, emotionally/ physically....very intimidating at times, and that's coming from me, with a hard outter shell:) Although I have planned and planned and planned, it's still a lot of unexpected and unknowns. I'm nervous about going back to work on Wednesday and it being too much. I'm a hairstylist and work 40 plus hours a week and stand on my feet for 9+ hours a day.....help!!
