  1. I got my LB in March and was able to drop 50 lbs. But for the last 3-4 months I've been holding steady. I have 70 lbs to go and I'm beginning to feel discouraged. I have good restriction on my band and am careful to stay away from foods I shouldn't eat. My husband had LB surgery in April and is steadily loosing am average of 1 lb per week. Any suggestions?

  3. We are moving to Mobile and need a doctor to follow up our lapband care. I had mine in March and my husband got his in April. Anyone know a good doctor and support group??
  4. My doctor told me to eat chunky chunky chunky as soon as I could tolerate it. I was able to eat scrambled eggs 4 days out and fish and tender meat within a week. I am almost 2 months out and having second fill this week. I need a bit morevrestriction. I can't imagine going longer on liquids than I did! If I never see another shake it will be too soon...
