  1. You can do a liquid diet for a few weeks. Protein shakes are filling, egg drop soup is ok and it's filling. Sugar free Popsicles etc. burgers and fries and your complaining, I'm not trying to be mean but you have to try harder than that. Whatever they do to fix the slip, good luck!
  2. I also had my band on July 30th. I am allowed to have an unlimited amount of chicken broth and cream of chicken soup. Why do you have to measure your liquids?
  3. Excited about my upcoming gastric band in less than 2 weeks. This liquid diet isn't that bad; the egg drop soup is getting me through it. The shakes are pretty good. Any recipes or suggestions? The sugar free Popsicles are ok. Weird it's summer time and I'm eating soup everyday.
