    My band cost 6K all total including my hotel for 2, meals for me and transportation to and from the hospital plus followups after surgery. It was wonder! I had Dr. Ariel Ortiz, you know the one that was on the Ophra show and she was right. He is top notch. I'm in Atlanta and was banded in 2011. *No Complications*

    I was trying to get my insurance to pay for my band but Emory here in Georgia kept giving me the run around for a year. So, I went to Ophra's website and looked up the lapband doctor from her show who was in Mexico. Dr Ariel Ortiz! I paid a couple of thousand I saved up over that year of Emory running me around. I was banded in 2011. *NO COMPLICATIONS*

    O his location is downtown Atlanta across from Atlanta Medical Center and he has a North end location but I don't know the exact location. I love his staff!
