    My Mom wants to have the lapband, but has no insurance, and is a cash patient. We live in southern california, and I found a few doctors who are willing to do the surgery for 17k, which as a cash patient is too much. Do any one of you guys know a GOOD Dr. that will do it for a cheaper price with financing? I have seen ads for 13k but they are in Florida. Thanks. JAZZYjazz
