Were you able to hold it down... did you feel ok... I started puree and after I had a few small spoons. I felt my throat tight that I felt nausea... -

Day of surgery.4/22/13: 233lbs Today I'm 214 lbs Excited about my weight loss. . I have been walking 3 miles every day.. hope to loose more. . Its onky been 2 weeks today..started puree food today..didn't go well. Do continued to intake liquids. . -
