Good morning November 2012 sleevers!!! Its been forever since I have posted.... Happy to report I did reach my goal , at least for a little while .... Unfortunately I've gained 5 lbs of it back ????????????. So , I'm vowing now , I WILL get it back off !!! Getting back on track with healthy eating and exercise. I've ordered the piyo DVD's and trying a new protein shake... Will let you know how it goes

I'm worried about the same things.... self pay here as well , sleeved 5 months ago and miserable. I have to think positive going in.... we're gonna do great ! May 7th can't get here soon enough

Congrats on a successful wls journey! Did you have any complications? What does your menu look like being a year out? Did you have Gerd? If so , is it completely gone? I'm having a sleeve to rny on May 7th

I don't have a pre op diet this time around thank God... with my sleeve had a 2 week , can't imagine a month ! Good luck

Congrats and good luck on your journey. Where are you having your surgery done ? I'm self pay so I'm having mine in Mexico with Dr. Aceves. My revision is due to complications with my sleeve.... very severe Gerd and inability to tolerate any solid food , did you have complications too ?

4 weeks for me.... surgery date: May 7th , 2013. This is gonna be my year to get healthy , to feel better , gain confidence , to live my life to the fullest... yay for all of us !

I had the vsg done in November 2012.... it has been awful ! It made my GERD 10 times worse , I can't tolerate any solid food.... so , I'm scheduled for my revision to RNY May 7th. I wish I had went with my gut ( no pun intended) the first go around. It ultimately is your decision, your choice , all I would offer is trust your own judgement and don't just go with what's popular at the moment. Good luck and God Bless
