  1. I had the soreness post op around my port as well. I contacted my doctor and he had me come in. It was just normal healing and he said that you can experience some soreness when forming scar tissue around your port. My soreness occurred before I ever had my first fill. Since you have had fills, you may want to consult your doctor just to make sure that everything is A ok!
  2. I did have swelling and soreness around my port about a week post op. i went to the Dr. and he said that was normal. The swelling is your body building scar tissue around the port. The Dr. said the more scar tissue the better, because it would be easier for them to find the port when filling.
