  1. Good luck to anyone getting banded tomorrow. I'm scheduled for Wednesday April 24th and I can't wait. I have my heating pad, liquid Tylenol, chewable Gravol & Gas X. Lost 12lbs on the shake diet over the past 10 days. Anyways, good luck to the remaining April bandsters!
  2. Day 10 of my liquid diet. I'm kind of used to it right now. Down 12lbs. and including today have 5 more days before my surgery on the 24th. I find that in the morning I add 2 espresso shots and ice cubes to my vanilla shake so that it's like an iced coffee (my Dr. gave me this tip). That's my favourite shake of the day.
  3. I'm getting banded April 24th. Is there anybody else out there getting banded during the week of April 22nd?
  4. Good to know. Thanks for replying Charles. Have a great evening!
  5. I totally understand how you're feeling. I'm 10 days away from surgery and am totally nervous and second guessing my decision. Don't get me wrong, I am happy with my choice but am also scared. Good luck and wishing you all the best!
  6. Hello! I am new to the forum. My surgery date is April 24th. I just completed day 4 of my pre-op shake diet. I'm married with 3 children and it's really hard cooking for my family and then walking away from the table without eating anything (I'm keeping in mind the end result and that helps). The only person who knows about my surgery is my husband. Did anyone else stay quiet about the surgery?
