  2. Momof4girls: just scheduled an appointment to see the doctor on Monday. like you I am scared to death of gaining what little weight I lost. Already I can tell the difference in the weight I have gained back. Hard to walk long distance, sleepless nights and craving the joy of junk food:). So for all of us who have lost our way, the first step is to go see the doctor and take it one step at a time. thank you and joeonthegulf for sharing.
  3. Had the surgery back in 2008 was somewhat successful, but about 2yrs ago I lost my way and now I am trying to find my way back. Have been thinking about having the band removed but I rather try to start over again if that is even possible. Have anyone else gone through this and if so what helped you to get back on track?
