So when it's time to go home I want to get my work boots off and just relax. I know this is no good. But I can't seem to go. I don't like riding a bike now cause I get winded to quick. The other thing I do that's bad. I had one fill so far. But I can still eat what ever I want. My mind is my own worst enemy. I just have to get off my........
  3. This is one of the top 3 reasons I got a lapband. I want to go so bad. But I don't beleive they make a "sit-in"kayak for over 260lbs I would call the place thier renting the kayaks from first.
  4. Wow , I have people I work with that say they Can't eat spicey food. Or pasta at all. Now they all went to the same doctor. I wonder if that has anything to do with it?
  5. The ones that had it for a while. What are some of the foods you CAN'T eat? I hear bread is the worst. Can you eat wraps?
  6. No he didn't. I have to see him in a month. Do you get headaches from salty or fryed food? Mine are nasty. It's like a migraine.
  7. The only time I eat this is lunch and dinner. I follow everything else. But I have one more question. Cause my doctors paper doesn't say. Are you not supposed drink during Snacks or only after a meal?.......breakfast,lunch and dinner. PS: Thanks guys
  8. Oh I should also mention that I have a rare kidney disease. And salt and protein are bad for me. Have ever seen the sodium in soup? even low sodium is 900. I have already checked with my Nephrologist he said to try not to go to far. Great huh, I have IGA nephropathy. So I got this cause it will help after this protein phase. I talked to my doctor she said to make home made soup. But how many times can you eat chicken noodle. Thanks for the input. I will see my doctor in 2 days and talk more about this.
  9. I'm 5 days out of surgery. And I'm aloud to eat chicken noodle, chicken and rice and vegetable soup on my plan. So I tried and can eat canned ravioli home made chilli and chedder and brocolli soup from Panara. I can eat it with no pain. I only eat less then 1/2c. Is this weird to be able to do this?
  10. I got mine on the 13th. And the only time I feel it is when I sleep.
