Oh hey!! I'm just -72 pounds down since surgery 07/16/13 ????????????

My surgery date was set for 7/2/13 Went to my preop appt today and was rescheduled because I was drinking the wrong Protein shakes (Atkins) and went on vacation last week and had Sno cones that weren't sugar free didn't meet the 15 pounds weight lost only lost 8. So tomorrow I have to start my diet over for 2 more weeks I'm not mad at anyone put myself for not following the list that was given to me. But I was soo mentally prepared for surgery tomorrow my new date is 7/16/2013

I saw a old friend today that I use to work with. We chatted it up and she mention that she was having the sleeve surgery soon so I felt comfortable to tell her I'm recently got banded. First thing out her mouth was I WAS YOU WOULDN'T HAVE GOT THAT THING. So I asked why of course she stayed everybody in my gastric sleeve forum and my doctors says the band is useless it erodes and messes up everything and you basically have to do everything on your own to lose weight. I got slightly offended but I understand that to each its own. I advised to her that I done plenty of reach on all types of Weight loss surgery and I wanted something less evasive and plus I can get it revise if any problems I don't want to be that type of person in my weight loss to drag people down with all the what ifs because being obese in its self is like a walking time bomb I'm proud of my choice. Just wanted to vent HAPPY SATURDAY GUYS

Only 1 1/2 weeks post op but since my pre op diet I've notice my face getting slimmer. My tummy appears to be dropping some as well

Banded July 16 feeling better today wishing the gas pains would go away!!!

Hey ladies day one post op. feeling better than yesterday shoulder pain is the worst incisions are doing better port site a little sore. I can't drink but a small amount of water and then I fill so full can't wait to be able to drink a full glass of cold water

My surgery is tomorrow at 7:30 am I'm a big ball of nerves at this point excited and ready to get started....lost 16pds in my pre op diet!!

Found liquid gold lol Isopure has a really tart "proteinie"taste So I got those afternoon hunger pains after smell the dinner my husband was preparing for the family went to the kitchen decided to mix in some crystal light with the apple melon ISOPURE and its great (to me)

The only place I can get them close by is GNC. I didn't know they were available anywhere else. And gnc.com do you have another site because their pretty $$$ at gnc

My gnc didn't have the blueberry I bet that flavor is good.

Pre op shakes anyone tried these and which taste better French vanilla or chocolate fudge? Getting ready to buy some now just wanted a review?

Don't be scared just follow whatever your dr tells you to do. Some are not as strict or my have a different list of preferred shakes

My list has EAS and premier protein or isopure from gnc I was drinking Atkins shakes which is higher in sugar
