Hi all just wondering if anyone has found good nonstick cooking pans? I'm trying to not use oil... the orgreenic does not work as it says it does.. also a good blender.. any suggestions would be appreciated.

Received my package. My pal sent me lots of cool stuff. Sugar free candy, samples of protine shakes, a cute hand towel, beef jerky, and peanuts. -- side note sent my pals out twice now... it came back the first time as undeliverable.. hope sge gets it this time.

Ok I have my first "nut" visit tomorrow and I need siggestions on questions I should ask. I have a couple on my list. what questions do you ask?

My seminar with doctor Bass was awsome. He was helpful and patient with all my questions. I see my nutritionist. 2/19. Have to see her 3 times then surgery in may or june! I'm excited!

Just got my dates! First "nut" visit feb 14th! Meet with surgeon may 16 th and surgery in june! So excited and lucky. My surgon is not going to be taking my insurance much longer! Only for after surgery visits!

Hi y'all! I'm melissa I'm turning 30 this year. I'm just starting. I've been to the seminar and have a referal from my pcp. I start seeing the nutritionist in feb waiting to hear what date.. should know Monday... I'm a mom of three boys and love it! I'm doing this for me.. I want to be healthy and see my kids grow up.

I've only told a handfull of people ( my hubby, mom, aunt cause she had it 7 years ago, bro in law and his wife cause she and I are doing it together we have the same surgon so she was bound to find out). I kind of regret her finding out.. its been nothing but negative because she is getting the sleeve and I the bypass.... I will tell everyone else either when I get a date or after..
