I bought the Bariatric Support calcium wafers and I hate them. Its like flavorless chalk and makes me gag. Does anyone know if I can crush them and add them to my shakes instead of chewing them?

Stupid auto correct Fish*

Are all fish oil pills the size of my head? Are these ok to take after you are sleeved our will they get stuck? I went to GNC on the recommendation if another thread to get the orange ones (forgot the brand name) and the girl convinced me to buy the store brand because they "had more per pill and were buy one get one half off". I got a box of the pills and a bottle of the liquid for when I can't take pills right after being sleeved. I didn't realize the pills were so big until I got them home and opened them. Do I need to take these back?

Congrats on the approval! That must have been scary to go through.

Also, don't be afraid to ask the staff how to use the machines/equipment. Part of their jobs is to help people find their way. It won't tell you what machines to use but at least if you know how to use them you might be more comfortable in finding your own routine.
