  1. It's a diet that insurance makes you go through 3 months before the fact ... It determines whether they approve it or not. I have to write down everything I eat for three months and I have to write down behavior methods I've changed. Idk how to do it... It i have to change what I eat right away or do I simply go about my day and just write everything down ?
  2. This diet seems so hard to do but if my insurance is going to cover it I have to do it :/ any tips on how to accomplish this ? :/ I feel like ima fail on this diet and my insurance will reject me :/

  5. Okay ... So I'm 20 and I'm 5'8 and almost 300 pounds. I don't look like I'm almost 300 pounds I seem to hold it well. I want the lap band so bad and I have my first appointment on the 31st of December but the thing I'm scared of the most is loose skin. Is there A LOT of loose skin involved with this procedure ? I'm super insecure now and I feel like losing weight will help but if I have loose skin afterwards I feel like ill still be insecure. :/ anything encouraging to say that'll help my decision ?
