    Thx to everyone for your kind words! I feel very emotional, stressed and after reading some threads am scared of what is yet to come! I am determined to eat well and exercise but I don't want to encounter more medical difficulties while trying to lose weight to stop future medical issues!!!! Arggghh

    I got banded On Dec 4th! It was scary but I am determined to make this work! I am scared about what's ahead but I feel confident I will face the challenge!
