Tired
Me exhausted guys! All I want to do is sleep. That can't be normal. I'm taking the multi vitamin, I'm hydrated, and I'm trying to get my protein in with ease. Its been a little rough because nothing tastes good. I'm not sure if I don't have enough nutrition in my body or if I'm possibly throwing a little pitty party because I'm starving and am craving something with substance. 5 days post op today.

I've been hungry the entire time! Only time I'm ok is if I drink some Isopure, but it comes back shortly after.- 4 days post op - Help
Earlier I drank some broth and I must've done it too fast?? I felt fine (not really satisfied as the liquids haven't satisfied me at all!!) until I was done but now I feel so full!!! It hasn't gone away for 3 hours but my stomach is growling and I have hunger pains?- Is it inappropriate to ask for a tranquilizer for surgery day?
This was me to a T!! Id never had surgery before this and was freaking out! I asked the anesthesiologist for some relaxers but I couldn't have them because I had to be "me" when signing consents and such. I was given some via IV as soon as I was wheeled into the OR. As soon as I got the relaxers they put the mask on me and I was out. I doubt I lasted a minute LOL.- 3 days post op

- Is this normal pre-op?
No pre-op diet though, just soft foods 24 hours prior and nothing after midnight the day before surgery. Things are different with each surgeon and insurance group.- Is this normal pre-op?
I had 6 months of diet classes(couldn't miss one), 2 visits with psychologist, 3 visits with physical therapist, 1 diet class with surgeon and 1 nutrition class with surgeon.- I have no desire for protein shakes
Alpine Punch, Blue Raspberry, Pineapple Orange Banana, & Mango Peach. Raspberry was good but not delicious but MUCH better than anything I've tried so far.- I have no desire for protein shakes
I got a few different flavors but I will definitely try your suggestion tomorrow!- I have no desire for protein shakes
I just went to GNC and got Isopure. LIFE CHANGER. Tastes like juice (slight after taste but totally worth it for getting in the protein!)- I have no desire for protein shakes
- I have no desire for protein shakes
Before surgery I tried a few and new which ones I'd use but now 2 days post op I mix one up and I can't bare to finish it. Tastes gross... I'm so tired and sore and this gas pain in my shoulder is annoying the crap out of me. I am living off of maybe 3/4 cups of protein shake a day and then jello, crystal light, and Popsicles will I be ok?- Any other September 2013 bandsters?
