Same here i'm so tired n staying nauseous. the dr. said yesterday on my first post op n got all 66 staples out, that it was from being under anesthesia for 7.1/2hrs. I can't seem to gain strength. Wat is every body using for protein.. I am gaging drinking the "new whey" I shiver every time it goes down n days like today I've taken phenergan.

Same here. It gags me to drink them. Then after I do it feels like it lays in my throat.

I think the mind knows we can't have it so of course it wants something it can't have. A mind thing. Lol

Yes its embarrassing but I told my husband that its terrible now. Sheeww lol

I had irritable bowel n couldn't go before surgery, and they told me that after surgery I would have diarrhea, and sure enough I do. So I really wouldn't worry about it unless you go so much that it dehydrates you.

I'm so sorry u had to go back under. I think that does something too a person being under that long. But hopefully it won't be to long that we get a little energy. I hear ppl saying 2 wks n they were back to work. I thought wow that's good if they can do it.

i'm really sorry you have to go thru this.. I will be post op 2Weeks Tomoro. I was in the hospital a week. they made all the 6 laprascopic cuts n went in n all they could see was scar tissue, so they then cut me from my breast bone all the way down pass my belly button. So i'm pretty sore n weak. I will defiantly keep u in my prayers. Just try to do everything they tell u. God bless.

Well Tomoro will be 2, Weeks out n i'm very weak. But I was under anesthesia 71/2hrs. They made all the laprascopic cuts (6) n I had so much scar tissue they had to open me up from my breast bone All the way pass my belly button. So I no its gonna take me a while. I was in the hospital for a week. Butt i'm taking all my vitamins n drinking new whey liquid protein. I gotta ride this out.

I no Wat u mean. There are so many vitamins plus the protein plus my regular meds. I gag trying to get it all down also

U could be right. Because I feel swollen. Because today its 292!!! And I've got 66 staples that still have to come out on the 26th. What made u decide to get the switch? I'm proud u have lost that much also. I get excited for others because I've been there.

No fair!! Me n u was Same day n that morning I weighed 309 and today I weigh 299.. Wat did u do different. Because I eat s.f. Pudding lunch I eat cream soup ( different flavors) then at night I eat s.f. Fudge cycle. That's it. Wat do u eat in a day?

Have u seen a bingo stamper, well that's Wat it looks like, a big fat magic marker. About 6-8 long and about the size of a quarter round. Flavors r watermelon and Audi berry. Very easy to find. About 2.68 eacch.depending where u live. Hope this Helps u.

They may not exactly be called ptotEin shots, that's Wat I call them. They are in a tube at Walmart called ..new whey.. That's Wat dr. recommended.

hey we aee slso surgery buddies, i'm not sure how much i've lost yet,, but I eat about 300 ,or less a day. So id say I lost quite a bit. But u never no. u can read my story below. God bless u on the the rest of uf ur journey

Hi, i agree your mom should do a before n after because it may save sometimes life down the road. I drink New Whey its in a tube at walmart. It has 42g protein and I drink 2 tubes a day. They have different flavors..

U have ppl here in KY praying for you, now with all these difference states praying, im sure to believe somebody or many have a connection thru n he's pulling u thru. You just keep ur end good n do and eat Wat they tell you. Bless u honey n u will do fine
