  1. I'm currently in the 6-month diet phase as well. My bariatric doc wants me to lose 20lbs before surgery so i decided toput the two requirements together. I have to say, I'm worried I won't lose enough by the end of the 6mo. I've lost more than 20 in the past (& gained it back) but this feels like my whole life depends on it! I'm determined to do it though. Good luck to you & ill be looking out for your updates!
