How to stay motivated
I totally feel you. I'm in the same boat. I was banded in December 2012 and started at 250 now I'm just hanging at 235. I had my third fill last month and finally started to meet restriction. I got a personal trainer and workout 3-4 times a week and I track my calories on MFP. I'm trying to stay motivated but I feel so disappointed.

How long until you could drive again?
I was driving by day two because I experienced minimal pain and wasn't taking pain medication.

What was the afternoon of your surgery like?
Everyone is different after surgery & anesthesia. I think you should go with how you feel at the time.

Omg i gained ten pounds
Work on it now or you'll regret it later. I gained about the same prior to surgery and hate myself for it. The weight I'm losing during the liquid phase is only putting me at my baseline.

December 2012 --- Band Buddies Unite!
I got my band on the 26th. I discussed my anxiety about the impending gas pains. And my doctor really listened to me because my gas pains are very minimal. Don't know if he expelled a lot of it or what but I am soooo grateful. I'm doing well and excited about this journey.
