    Yeah day 1 shakes for me. Not doing so well right now. So hungry cant even sleep ): i cant wait for dec 4 to get here!!! But after is a huge change of life for me. I am looking forward to it, even though i know its the toughest thing I will do. Of course 10 xmas parties coming up!! Day 1 conquered!! Lol

    I am seeing on the forums patients are starting a couple of weeks before surgery their pre op diet. My surgery also is Dec 4 and they told me to start pre op on Nov 27. I have myself started last week "trying" to change my eating habits, but obviously having an extremely hard time ): I know we have to shrink out livers before surgery, guess that part concerns me. I joined this site a few days ago and it is very helpful! Thank you!
