  3. Hi, everyone , This is the first time I have ever written in here and I'm seeking some help . I have been banded for 1 and half years.in the last few weeks , I have been having a nagging pain near my band area. It left side near my band . What ever it is sometimes feels like its going to explode? Does any one out here might know what it is ? I've lost 35 kg's in Total and I eat breakfast , lunch and dinner. Any one have any ideas.?? Sometimes when I walk or sneeze, I have to hold my side and last night when I went to bed , I actually had to hold my whole belly while rolling over , as it was very sore. Please if anyone can help , it would be much helpful SherylAnne

  5. Hi, I would like to say that I have been banded now for 12 mths and its the best thing I've ever done. You will still be hungry until your band is tight enough . You will know as you will not be able to eat anymore with out being sick. I'm now having trouble rating the good food. I can eat potato chips and chocolate but not bread or bakes beans ?? . So I'm kinda havering some teething issues. Is all about will power and how bad you want to change too.i hope this helped abit .
