What is the green zone ? Don't want to sound like an idiot but my anti depressant isn't working at all For me since my lap band nov 2012. Can't stick my diet plan or anything haven't lost weight since my surgery and have had 4 fills and another coming up on the 15th

I have the hicups really bad when ive over eaten and I can feel it in my throat wanting to come back up. Ive had one fill and still haven't lost any weight very up setting. Lost 8 pounds since my surgery November 26. 2013 All helped is appreciated. Thanks everyone for your help.

Don't beat yourself up. I have done the same thing and I don't feel good enough to exercise and until I do I'm not going to. I have two little grandsons I'm raising and between the two of them house cleaning laundry etc I'm worsen out I'm trying to get back on track myself and do things right it's hard I'm not used to it either.

I feel that way I had my lap band done on the 26 of nov and my husband has made it a point to tell everyone in the county including his co workers after I told him I didn't want everyone to know. He gets his band done December 27 and he has told everyone about his which is fine if he wants them to know his business but just notice. How do I make him understand my feelings
