  11. I thought it would be hard for me to give up soda, but I have been doing good. I had a SIP of sprite a few days after surgery to help get the gas out and it helped a lot. I have replaced my soda cravings with vitamin water ( love the Fiji apple) and sugar free kool aide. Oh yeah and Mio. I know its hard but just think of the good it will do letting it go. Stay strong and don't give up.

  23. You are beautiful with every curve, dent, and stretch mark. Love your body that you are in. Soon it will be smaller then you will not like the sagging skin. There will always be something that you don't like. You have to get out of not liking yourself. It's a work in itself. But get naked stand in front if a mirror and love every inch of your body. Cause its yours for life. Love it all. The good and the bad.

  26. I was diagnosed at 17 with it. I don't have periods, I take pills four times a year for my periods. I'm infertile at this time, which I'm hoping my lapband fixes, cause I so want atleast one child. I also have the darkening on my neck, arms, etc. I was on the metformin but it gas me diarrhea and my doctor took me off. I'm down 30lbs and I was banded on 10/29/12. I'm hoping to be down 20 by the end of the month. Living with pcos sucks but I'm hoping there will be some changes soon.
