  1. I can't drink shakes , as they make me puky. Is there one that I can mix with fruit yoghurt or something . Really need to start losing some weight. Had my first full yesterday and have 4ml in now . Still feel like I can eat a lot . Hellllpppp !!!
  2. Just had my first fill today . I gained 3 pounds while waiting for my first fill. Will I finally lose some weight now?
