Hi ther all I can say is congratulations!! I completely know what you are feeling =) I got banded on August 21, 2012 on my pre-op diet I lost 17lbs that gave me an awsoem headstart =) by my six weeks pos-op I had lost 46lbs and up do date I have lost a total on 56lbs =) So believe me whe I tell you I know what you are feeling it's an awsome feeling!

Omg!! lol!! by all means do exercise =) I do a work out video Sweating to the oldies #2 it's about one hours I do it 5 times a week and maybe one 20 min walk a week. =)

Sweetie u just need a fill thats all and don't get discouraged. Hey try doing ketosis for three days that will get you back on track and make you lose a few pounds on the process =) Also exercise =)

Hi thanks! No I do Caloriecount.com and believe me my diet is really healthy I actually eat 6 times a day lots of protein, veggies and carbs as well

So sorry about your friends brother =( I have heard horror stories about Mexico as well as wonderful stories so Basically it's a choice and a risk. Well I'm a self pay and I been banded well tomorrow will be 2 months up to date Ihave absolutely no regrets what so ever! =) If you are in Austin If I may make a suggestion you can consider commin gto Dallas and gettin gbanded here and just look for another doctor for the fills and follow ups unless of course your are able to come for all your visits. My Surgery was 10k well a little less with Dr. NIck Nickcolson. He is a top Doctor you can do your own reserch and he treats me like a person not a number.

Hello everyone I was watching different peoples journey on youtube as some of you allready know i'm documenting mine on youtube as well. Anyway Watching other Journeys I came to the conclusion thta it's harder to gain the weight than it is to lose it if you have 15 minutes of free time I invite you to watch my video and please comment your opinion/thoughts on what I said. Guys sombody help me please. I have another account under Nayelli that I use to log in through my facebooc account but Lapbandtalk.com wont let me do it anymore it tells me error.... this has been hapening since yesterday. Has it happened to anyone else? How do I fix it? I feel like I lost alot by not using my other acount. I had to create this one from scratch to be able to log in. Anyway I put my same picture, and same name just added my last name intial please if you were my laband buudy please add me asi I can't remember the spelling of each nickname. Thanks!!
