  2. Didnt sleep well last night, but not so sore today.... still taking in liquids and been up walking around. Each day will get better right?
  3. Welp, let the journey to a new me begin! I had surgery this morning, and so far so good! Just a little sore, and taking in my liquids as ordered. I am so excited to take this journey, and that this forum is here for the support!
  4. Hi my name is Jessica, and I had my consultation a week ago. I have Humana insurance, so it is a 6 month process to get the surgery approved. But my journey has begun. I am nervous and excited about making the decision to move forward with this journey, and am hoping this six months fly by. Any words of advice on how to prepare emotionally or mentally for the surgery as I wait out the six months?
