I feel so blessed I'm three weeks post fill and down 10 lbs. My doc gave me 4CC which I thought was a lot for the first fill. I feel like he was right on. I have gotten stuck a few time. And boy the slime was more then I bargained for. But you live and learn. CHEW ON LADIES!

Good to know. I vomited like 8 times on Steak the other night. Why? Talking and eating. Slime galore. Oh lord. I will never do that again.

Okay I believe I"m in the green zone. I have gotten stuck a couple of times. Boy it is painful and was my own falt for gabbing while eating. My question for you is. Do you find trying to burp helps the food go down? I find that I cough up slime if I try to burp. I usually end up over the toilet spitting out slime. Yet I have yet to throw up. Do you find it helps to swallow the slime as it will lubricate the stuck item? Do you spit out the slime? Do you burp? I know this is gross but i feel a valid question. Thanks ladies CHEW ON!

Kime we are the same. Burp and its like a giant lougie comes up. Mine lasts about 20 min as well. Not sure if more swallowing will help or hinder.

I can't get it to come out! I bend over and wait but nothing happens.

I had my first fill. I went from Empty to 4 cc's in one fill.

So I had my first fill and he gave me 4CC's. Last night I had sips of liquids everything made a gurgling noise. I also had some soupy potatoes and had to eat with a baby spoon. Just wondering what will happen when I try solids. Please advise.

The fact is. The fill is when the real chewing has to start. Oh boy. I got used to having no liquid.

Okay well I was told I could have very liquidy mushies. I just don't want to gurgle like this forever. I mean It is a bit strange haha

I on the other hand was able to eat like I used to. I had my first fill yesterday. And oh boy it is tight. And it hurt! Can't wait to see the lbs fall off now.

Mine gurgles EVERYTIME I eat or drink. I just had my first fill yesterday. 4CC in a 10 CC band. Is that an aggressive fill? I'm a bit afraid to eat as I had a bit of mashed potatoes yesterday and I had to eat it with a baby spoon and felt every tiny bit going through.

I cheated. I supplemented Chicken, eggs, and veggies. My liver was fine. It's your body. Don't let anyone make you feel sad about your decisions. Good luck! You will be so happy when you get the weight off!
