  1. I was banded in 2010, lost 63 lbs and held steady for over a year. I was feeling a bit constricted so I got an unfill. WELL, since the unfill I gained 30lbs back. I am so mad at myself. I have made an appointment with my Dr. and should be getting a fill on Jan 7. I have started working out and getting in an exercise routine so I really hope after my appointment I can have some weight loss again. I am glad I am not alone in this. I have been feeling so discouraged
