    You sliped up, it happens to the best of us. shake it off, forgive yourself and start new. Pull out your old pics (pre 115 weight loss) and put it right on the fridge. Keep that reminder there, going back is not a option. Keep a wallet size in your purse if you need that motivation away from home. You have a sweet hubby, that support is priceless. Lean on him when your weak. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!!!! Hang in there! (HUGS)
