  1. Good idea TFM, but it aint the same. The granola I buy isat Sams Club, and a tropical type and if kept to 1/3 cup per yogurt, calories arent that bad, but who am I kidding. Ive never measured much in my life. Dont even have a scale as of yet. THAT's what the Doctors Office is FOR!ROFL!: Daily Chef Fruit & Nut Blend - Tropical Mix - 44 oz. Divinity in a BAG!

  3. I LOVE the chobani greek. I will NOT like giving up the granaola/nut type mix that I stir in it after lbs, as a lot of it is nuts, seeds, etc. I dont think one can eat that.Actually theres a LOT I'm gonna miss. LOL! Sandy

So mind yer business. Not mine. Ill have to make sure and give yall more unwanted advice. Thats the equiv of this. So ya know what you can do with yer opines. Sandy-USN VET!
  10. What ev...... I could get it done at the Va Med Ctr. for virtually free if I trusted them to do a good job. But I am going to use the Private Sector instead. Im still filling out this stack of paperwork. Lets see, "Hoiw many times do you go to the bathroom.......rofl JK!! But it COULD BE there. This is comprehensive to say the least! Sandy-USN VETERAN
  11. This is my BEST Chris Rock impression: Good Lawd its expensive w/out Insurance! and MIS73, I hate it when people tell me what not to post, even if its well meant, its bossy. Hmmph! Thank you all for giving me a ballpark set of figures. That way I'll know if mine is way to expensive or very cheap, hoping of course that it is the last one. Sincerely, Sandy USN-VETERAN
  12. ideally and if i could do anything I would like the sleeve w/ plication. did i say that right. yep, uh i think, lol!
  13. Ive been told that Insurance wont pay for fills. Or that floks just pay for their own fills. Ive heard 600 a fill. Whats the deal. I dont want to get a surgery and then not be able to afford the fills to make the toll Ive been given work! Sandy (no relation to Hurricane:)

  17. You made some good points. sorry this is redundant. Doh! , as H SIMPSON would say!
  18. WOW! I made a VERY SIMILAR statement on this thread, titled:" It's time I told my story now" or something to that effect. I SOooo agree with YOU and it IS SO VERY SCAREY, if you believe what ya read, or read what you believe or something like that one will start thinking as you and I obviously do. Total confusion, frustration, or AT LEAST SOME, SOME mixed emotions. N I had at least one griping (or so it seemed) because I aired these feelings, to see if others may feel the same emotions. So NOW I KNOW that my feelings are NOT SO UNUSUAL.t least we are able to weight he pros and cons, when given that option, and thats whats important. Not jumping in with both feet till we are good and plenty ready! LOL! Sandy
  19. Love the, You have made a statement for me that will do a lot of good for MANY people, not JUST ME. I appreciate your observations, right or wrong. We all have our indiviudal issues with these weight loss tools. I happen to be one that shared. Please dont make me regret sharing, with this personalization approach. Id rather just be sharing my thoughts, feelings, etc. ,with those that can relate. I hope you understand, and thanks ahead for doing so. Sincerely, Sandy "just one of the guys"
