    Yes. I did do the 6 months of doctor supervised weight loss. I also needed to have a dietitian evaluation, a psych evaluation, an EKG, and blood work for my insurance to accept me. Now, since I have been approved I am on to an endoscopy, chest X-ray, and an ultrasound of my gallbladder. My surgery is set for June 11th!
