  1. Since you didn't sign anything I don't see how he can legally require you too pay anything. If he were to sue you, a judge would want to see a signed agreement which he doesn't have so I would remind him of that if he starts to threaten you. Good luck.
  2. I'm so sorry this happened to you! Be well and thanks for the advice.
  3. Nothing more encouraging than when you get "noticed" Yea!
  4. Without insurance coverage and a not so good credit score I despaired of getting any financial help. A friend advised me to give United Medical credit http://www.unitedmedicalcredit.com a try which I did and was thrilled to be approved. Down 50lbs and counting...

  9. I agree. Ignore the "posers" , they're always around no matter which gym you go to. Ask the people who work there for a little advice and you'll feel confident in no time. Good luck.
  10. LOL! Did exactly the same thing. A hard lesson learned.

  17. I agree with all who say a patient should be informed, especially if a doctor is asked a specific question. But, hey your brother has lost 270lbs so whatever his doctors customs are, it's working! Many congratulations to your brother.
  18. I think some of you guys are being a little too harsh with Liz1531. Reading her post, she is obviously very unhappy and frustrated after 5 years into her lap band surgery. I have recently began to look into lap band surgery and want to read all the negative as well as positive information I can find. So, thank you Liz and hope that you find a solution to your problem.
  19. Gotbeach74. After being denied from a couple of medical finance companies because of shaky credit my friend got her loan. http://www.unitedmedicalcredit.com/
  20. I would keep appealing until you run out of options. My work insurance didn't cover my surgery so I went with United Medical Credit. They were helpful and found me a payment plan i could work with. I do hope you get your insurance coverage but if not have a look at their site. http://www.unitedmedicalcredit.com/ Thinking of you and wishing all the best.: )
