    Good luck with the surgery and post - op. My surgery will be after the first of the year. I am anxious, but nervous as well.

    My doctor based his approval on my BMI, not my weight. I am now half way through the (required by insurance) nutrition classes. I am bummed I have to go through the classes, but certainly understand why they require them. I am looking at surgery after the first of the year.

    Sounds like you are on your way! Congratulations! Take it one day at a time. I will participate in the second of six nutritional classes on Tues. (11th). I am so anxious to have the surgery and get on my way as well. I live in CO as well.
