  1. Yes walking is actually good for you! I try to walk around every hour I'm up for about 10 mins . It helps with the gas a lot!
  2. I was banded on Tuesday and I too have a bruise on my port which makes it hurt more !

  5. Day 3 after my Sils Lapband surgery and things are getting better! however still have lots of gas and now I have started bowel movements which aren't the greatest ! I can move a little better and my incision is healing well just a little bruising by where my port is on the right side.. Hoping it all improves!! because my first day home I was deff regretting this decision that I had made but little by little it's all working well

  7. Yes ! I do I try to walk it off that seems to help during the moment until it passes by! I've been taking my Pepcid as well as gas x as told. It's day 3 for me and I'm slowly getting better n trying to stay positive
  8. Just got surgery yesterday got the LAPBAND SILS through my belly button! very uncomfortable and can't position my self to get comfortable "/ hoping this will pass trying to stay positive
