  1. No matter how much I chew the chicken and cut it up it still get's stuck I guess chicken is one of the don't eat foods on my list
  2. Thanks to everyone that comment about eating pizza!! We all can agree that some of us can eat it and some of us can't different stoks for different folks:) Ii hope everyone is enjoyin their weekend:)
  3. I had pizza for the first time and I must say I wasn't with it at all but I gave it a try and it didn't give me any problems!! If your going to eat it make sure you eat it very slow and try a thin pizza something that's not heavy b/c when it's heavy it won't go down atleast that's wat I think
  4. There are alot of food that I still can't eat and I hate having that feeling or worry about anything not being able to go down! Yesterday was the first time I had pizza it was very thin but it went down!! Yayyy me that was my first time eating something since my band was filled on the 10th but now it's back to trying to stay health

  9. Since my surgery I have had my band filled about 4 or 5 times! At first I was having alot of problems keeping the food and fluid down but as the weeks and months went it it got better! This past visit to the dr(august 10) I lost11lbs since I was last there which was in july! I won't have to see him again till late sept.
  10. Since I've had my lap-band I have lost about 30 to 48 lbs so far and I will great!!! If I can do it anyone can! I'm here to give/get support it's not easy having this tool and people look down on us because we have this tool we aren't taking the easy way out cause for me it's been hard not eating any or everything!
  11. Hi Everyone!! I'm Christina and right now I am post op and I had my lap-band done in March of this year! I am starting my new journey and I'am looking foward to meeting new people and hearing all of your stories
