it didn't recognize the username again...however I'll uninstall and reinstall once my phone charges back up.

aauugghh - well I unistalled and reinstalled and it just sits on the screen "contacting remote site'....this is freaking ridiculous.

just tried again...it's sitting on the 'contacting remote site' again....i'll uninstall and try again still wish i didn't have to recreate a new account on the website.....

FYI - i'm not a newbie....can't log in with my prior account info....something is hosed up....but it is still me...

well - i called yesterday - and UHC said it was in process but they gave me another phone number for the care connection which will have the decision first - they said it may take a day or so to get keyed in....so of course, I'll be calling today.....

since the mobile app is still screwed up - this morning when I went to log on - it kept saying my username and password were incorrect.....so I had to create a whole new acccount - same user name except with an ' added. is anyone else having problems, or is this just an 'user error'? thanks.
