since the mobile app is still screwed up - this morning when I went to log on - it kept saying my username and password were incorrect.....so I had to create a whole new acccount - same user name except with an ' added. is anyone else having problems, or is this just an 'user error'? thanks.

it didn't recognize the username again...however I'll uninstall and reinstall once my phone charges back up. -

aauugghh - well I unistalled and reinstalled and it just sits on the screen "contacting remote site'....this is freaking ridiculous. -

just tried again...it's sitting on the 'contacting remote site' again....i'll uninstall and try again still wish i didn't have to recreate a new account on the website..... -

well - i called yesterday - and UHC said it was in process but they gave me another phone number for the care connection which will have the decision first - they said it may take a day or so to get keyed in....so of course, I'll be calling today.....
