  1. Take no less than 4 weeks! I was supposed to go back after 2 weeks however when I did my 2 week follow up he said energy will be a factor as your body adjusts. He made me take at least one more week for a total of 3 and I wish I had taken the advice and waited until 4 weeks min. I am community lias/therapist on road a lot! My energy at work is lacking and I'm still drained . 5 weeks post op and fluid and protein intake is good.
  2. I'm just getting into week three down 202 from 222 and I have been told already I am very excited you will get that no worries!
  3. 5'2 starting 222 on my journey and yesterday 2weeks post op appt weighed in at 202.6! So I know I hit onederland considering I boots jeans long sleeve knit and fleece vest on ( northeast girl so I'm always bundled up)! Woot woot!

  6. Lol yeah I don't want my old stomach I just want to NOT FEEL every sensation imaginable when eating I want to simply know when it will all regulate to a normal feeling lol right now nothing feels normal or good lol
  7. Thanks all I have intake control and I'm not really hungry because I'm following my plan its the yucky stomach feeling that I hate so much at this point. I don't want to feel so yucky when eating but time will work it out. It sounds like 6 months is the turning point keeping positive is key

  9. Hello sleepers! I'm 12 days post op. I just want to know at what point did you start to feel like you had a normal stomach again. Today I'm obviously in regret stage I'm down 11lbs or more and I am been doing on for most part except that I hate hate the fact that I don't feel normal anymore. I drink I feel all my insides if I eat I feel all my insides.... It's so annoying. When do I eat ever again and just eat without such feelings. HELP? Motivation needed!
  10. 5 days post op So I am at purée today! Has Greek yogurt 2 egg whites had 16 oz water already and had mash potatoes with chili for protien nevermore than 1:2 cup in any meal. In between doing water and protein power. Hope I am on track with protein intake it's tough! Nocomplications except I'm still sooooo hungry in between meals and reflux... Help
  11. I was sleeved yesterday 7th Nov and I am doing well up walking often. Gas pain is touch and go but it's tolerable and better as hours pass. Did my swallow test today and all went well. As for fluids I did ice chips yesterday and today I have had my first 4 oz of clear fluid today diet cranberry and its a sloe intake but slower I do it the less nausea
