  1. for me this is normal. I am very restricted in the morning, and throughout the day it seems to loosen up. I usually don't even attempt to eat in the morning and lunch is usually a little iffy. once supper comes it seems much less restricted.
  2. I had called my reg doctor for a second opinion due to my LB dr thinkin it was just a "GI bug" my reg dr wouldnt see me once I mentioned lapband, they said they would just refer me back to LB dr. so in meantime ive talked to LB nurse a few times. nausea is better but still have burning sensation and now some major bloating and feeling uncomfortable after eating. I also have a burning feeling in my esophagus, not heartburn but almost like how ur throat feels after a menthol cough drop (if that makes sense) I finally emailed LB DR today and told them if I am going to continue with the band I need to have an upper GI or endoscopy. if anything for my own peace of mind. I feel it only makes sense! I guess we will see wat the response is!

been there many times!! I see a new hair color coming your way!!
  4. I called my family DR and talked to the nurse....her response was that the other doctors are probably right as there are alot of bugs going around. also, they don't "mess" with the lapbands and would just refer me back to lapand dr. unbelievable! I feel like they arent listening! ugh
  5. I have the lap band. Last week I went in to have some fluid removed due to being to tight and nausous ater eating. We had just added fluid about 10 days before after a complete unfill due to a suspected slipped band (no xray taken) The nausea is now 24/7 and i also have a weird bunrning sensation under my left rib. I called the dr today and she said sounds like an upper GI bug and prescribed some anti nausea meds and told me if I still have the nausea in a week to call back. Does this sound normal? Any thoughts and opinions?
