  1. I did the samething. I actually ended being healthier than when I started lol. But I got back on track , eating habits excellent, and I walk and wall everywhere. I went from 341 to 227 May until present. I'm at a mind set that's permanent change. Hang in there. Don't be afraid to start fills again. I knew I was on the right path, when Igot kicked out of my support group lol. It was for people like our situation that gains back half or more than your original, pre-surgery weight. Than you lose. I didn't qualify anymore because the second time around, I lost More. So was actually a compliment! Hang in there
  2. Hot Tea before you eat. At night before bed. Had same problem, no more. Hope this works for you.
  3. I can say from experience, if your husband does not come clean about the affair, I mean no matter what YOU ask concerning the affair, he must answer you. Other words, you need to heal and have closer. Don't be afraid to move on if it comes to that. It's b time to put yourself first. And what a wonderful feeling it will be.
  4. Hi, I've have been a bandster since 2009. I actually went up to 341 before my band started working, or I should say . me doing the right things lol. I am now 227. I dont see myself as fat, but I have a issue with how to get rid of my excess skin. I joined the gym to firm up that way. My main form of exercise is walking. I love it. I have concidered surgery also, but mentally not ready for anymore surgery. My final step was to have my knee replaced, so I could exercise, and I had that done May 2013. Everyday I look at myself and smile. Hey lets face it, have more money in the pockets, smaller clothes are cheaper lol. I can even joke that I need my fat insolation, because boy do I feel the weather more now. Just look at your before pictures, and really look at your self now, thats all the inspiration you will need. Keep up the great work.

  8. The weight lost your describing is very normal. Usually it takes about 4 to 5 fills before you start feeling real restrictions. Your doing great. Lap band surgery is about 1 -2[ibs per week.. Stay off the scales and relax. Good luck 2 you both. (at 7.5 )

  12. I had a fill on Monday, I am at 7.5. I am experiencing not able to swallow solid food, don't matter if its a finger nail size and I chew forever. I instantly feel like I need to burp but can't. I am going to hang in there, since I waited so long for my lapband to work. Having some taking out my last option.
