I am so sick of it all...I am just taking my pills now...with apple sauce...not crushed..not cut up...and I puke everytime I have a protein shake....so I have stopped driking them also....

I think it must be because we are all in different time zones.....I usually go on there at about 11pm california time.............like now....

can ya fins AVIA for women its a protein drink that is fab...and I put in a table spoon of plain greek yogurt and some surgar free chocklate surup...and shake it with 3 book of ice in it and 4 ox 1 % milk.....OMG its to die for............my gastric sleeve nutritionist said to do it that way...and any other suar free syrups to change the flavour......Im not allowed gatorade.... to much of everything in it....I sip all day on cyrstale lite ...its nice....I had cream of wheat for breakfast this morning...Im allowed...........its starting to look good........yeeeehhhhaaaaaaa but I will tell ya what............I YAM HUNGY..............lol

I am 10 days post op now and I am now taking the small pills whole and the bigger ones I cut in half....and I doin fine with it.....got sick of crushing... when I did crush I mixed with jello...but they still tasted awful...............cheers............

I have a couple of meds that cant be crushed they are in a cupsule ...so I just take them and they go down fine cause they are slippery.....I am 9 days post op and they have taken me off the Diabetic stuff already....and cut back on my other pills...so in about 6 month I hope to be pill free and have no more heart attacks.....yeeaaahhhhhaaaaaa

I take 17 meds a day and I am 9 days post op and have to crush them all.....and they taste awful...

I finally found a fabulos shake at Trader Joes...AVIA for women............and I got a milk shake machine.... so I put my 1% milk in 4 oz....huge tablespoon of greek yogurt..3 blocks of Ice and I sip away.... I can even put some sugar free chocklate in if I want....makes the shake like one ya bought at the store.... I am 9 days post op....went into surgery at 205 3 days later 215....damn whats with that....now 9 days later I am back to 205....so it had better get moving off now and fast...lol

well I am 9 days post op and have Diabetes 2....they just have cut my diabetic meds in 1/2 and say I will be off them altogether in 10 weeks.........so yes I think we will be good to go and it will all go away.......yeeeeaahhhaaaa

Hi I am 9 day post op....well to tell ya the truth...I went into surgery at 205 3 days after i was 215...I was shocked..they said it was all the IV fluids etc....they tried to do a keyhole but had to cut me open instead 8 inch cut.... I am on 2 shakes and 1 soup a day....and I am hungary....I thought all that would go away...and it did some....but I am eyeing my kids dinners etc...not that I would do it cause they said it would make my stomach leak which I am deathly afraid of....today nine days later I am back to 205....I get on the scale like about 4 times a day to see if anything is happening....lol....and nothing is happening...I thought I would have lost at least 60 lb by now...NOT...just kidding....I dunno..Im doing it all but I dont have much patience and I am in a LOT of pain from this cut I have.......24th aug I go onto puree food so we will see if that makes me a bit better in my mind.... I am 7 day post op....and absolutly starving........what now....?????????????

I am 7 days port op and sooooooooooooooooooo hungary...........I have been even today eating some spaggetti but spitting it out...not swallowing it....I am have 2 shakes and 1 soup and some water a day and I am so hungary...I just had about 4 grapes and chewed them to dryness then spat them out.....oh what a mess........I went from 237 to 205 at surgery day by myself....since then nothing in 7 days....I am on the scale about 5 times a day....lol.....................ok so what do we do....what is the answer....?????

I had my surgery 7 days ago and I am bloody starving to say the least.....I am having 2 protein shakes and 1 soup a day and water....and I am starving I even did such a bad thing tonight...I chewed some spaggetti that my kids had for dinner but didnt swallow it,,I just needed to take it......and I had a few grapes but didnt swallow them.....I am having a bad time...so your weight off looks great to me...when do we stop starving is what I need to know..........?????????????

I have lost 22..protein shakes and 1 meal at 5pm..............was hell but I did it

I have found a organic protein powder for women....at Trader Joes....I mix it with 5 oz 1 % milk and it tastes so great....and have tried a lot and cant stand the taste...I mix this one on a milkshake machine , its vanilla and sometimes I add some liquid fruit...oh oh oh it is soooooo yummy.... the name of it is...ARIA WOMENS PROTEIN.........ITS GREAT....TRY TO FIND IT....ITS THE ONLY ONE i COULD FIND AND i could keep it down no problem.....

I have found that ya cant count on any one in ya life....even family....just got to take care of business yaself...lol...I have one of my kids coming to sign me out of the hospital as they wont let ya leave by ya self......then I am getting in the car and driving home....I rely on NO ONE EVER.......ya cant really blame them all...they just dont want to help you or anyone...I dont either....cheers...Nanci
